Job Description:

  • To steer sales department to achieve sales objective and sales target as set by management.
  • To manage and monitor sales operation including logistic arrangement
  • To spearhead sales team, couch, monitor, train and work hand in hand with sales team to achieve the objective of Domestic and Overseas sales (Peninsular, East Malaysia & International Market)
  • To run detailed market survey and market analysis of both new and old products, alert management of market price fluctuation, and market threats
  • To conduct exhibition / commercial events including preparation & advertising promotion example lucky draw campaign. Inclusive preparation of materials required for the event (banner, buntings)
  • Meet prospective/corporate customer when required ; to assist management to develop new markets and follow up new business leads (Business Development)
  • To train and provide sales support to newly recruited junior sales personnel

Requirement:

  • Minimum Degree in any discipline, marketing/international business is added advantage.
  • Minimum experience in sales/marketing/business development : 3 years
  • Self-driven/self motivated, able to work under minimal supervision, resourceful and willing to strive for excellence
  • Required Language(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin as well for Chinese overseas customers)
  • Possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel.
