· Conduct product development, ensuring formulations meet both customer and company requirements.

· Hands-on creation and development of a wide range of new personal care products, including skin, hair, and body care.

· Conduct stability testing (product and packaging stability studies) and maintain accurate records of formulations and test results. Compile and support certain regulatory aspects.

· Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure smooth project execution.

· Provide technical support and marketing materials to the Sales & Marketing team and assist the Production team in troubleshooting.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and to enhance product quality and performance.

· Strong knowledge of the latest market trends in the personal and skincare cosmetics field would be an added advantage.

· Operational knowledge of GMP and standard laboratory equipment.

· Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
