- Drive high-value deals and strategic partnerships, negotiating complex contracts with enterprise clients.
Sales Team Leadership & Performance Optimization
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams (inside sales, field sales, account management, and business development).
- Foster a culture of accountability, initiative, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear KPIs, implement incentive structures, and ensure team alignment with company objectives.
- Recruit, retain, and develop top sales talent, building a pipeline of future leaders.
Sales Operations & Process Excellence
- Design and optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies (CRM, forecasting, automation) to maximize efficiency.
- Implement data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management for executive stakeholders.
Customer & Market Expansion
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Drive customer retention and expansion strategies, ensuring high lifetime value (LTV).
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies to keep the sales approach ahead of the curve.
Innovation & Initiative
- Champion new sales methodologies (e.g., consultative selling, challenger sales, account-based sales).
- Experiment with new sales channels (e.g., partnerships, digital sales, inside sales models).
- Provide product and pricing feedback to leadership based on market demand.
What we're looking for
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma level or related field.
- Minimum 8 years in sales with 3 years in sales leadership.
- High emotional intelligence for team and client management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A hands-on, proactive and driven people.
- Possess personal transportation and are prepared to travel on short notice.
