Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our dynamic sales team. This role combines both administrative and data management responsibilities, playing a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient reporting for the department. Ideal for candidates who are highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Head of Sales and Sales team.
  • Respond to and manage email correspondences, including product inquiries and internal communication.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Ensure data accuracy in systems (e.g., product names, serial numbers, pricing, and customer details).
  • Maintain and regularly update customer records and sales databases.
  • Monitor sales targets and submit monthly sales reports and updates.
  • Prepare and issue sales quotations, compile proposals, company profiles, and tender documents.
  • Arrange and organize appointments, internal and external meetings, and sales events.
  • Coordinate monthly sales meetings: booking rooms, preparing materials, taking and distributing minutes.
  • Make travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings.
  • Assist in organizing offsite meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Ensure team members follow through on tasks and assignments.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role; experience in sales support is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; well-versed in SAP system.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of responsibility and self-motivation.
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision and handle pressure.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Must be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residency.
  • Willing to work on-site at Balakong, Selangor
