Job Description:

This position is accountable for the Sales clerical related matters at Jemco.  SSC is responsible for ensuring that the Sales & Job Orders related data is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner.  This position is to work closely with Sales Manager / Production Manager or Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities – Senior Sales Coordinator

  • Assist the Sales Manager in processing customer purchase orders and issuing sales orders.
  • Coordinate with the Production Manager on technical product requirements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
  • Prepare job sheets for production and packing lists.
  • Coordinate shipment arrangements and local deliveries.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Sales Strategy Support.
  • Support the sales management team in developing and implementing sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure all tasks meet quality standards, requirements, and deadlines

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related role.
  • Experience in manufacturing or technical product industries is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of sales processes, order management, and logistics coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/order processing systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Good analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.

Language

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients; additional languages will be an advantage.
