Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching.
  • Manage sales territories and customer account assignments.
  • Business Development & Customer Relations
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Analyze sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
  • Manage sales budgets and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with logistics and finance departments to support operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5, RM7,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
