What you'll be doing?
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic sales activities.
  • Compelling Presentations: Craft and deliver engaging presentations that showcase our cutting-edge packaging solutions to potential clients.
  • Deal Closing: Navigate negotiations with confidence and finesse to secure sales agreements while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationships: Foster long-lasting partnerships with clients by providing exceptional post-sales support and maintaining open communication.
  • Target Achievement: Challenge yourself to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to both individual and team success.

Who are they looking for?
  • Sales Experience: Ideally, you have 2+ years of sales experience, particularly in packaging, machinery, or related industries. However, candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply if they demonstrate strong potential and enthusiasm for sales.
  • B2B Savvy: Familiarity with B2B sales or experience selling technical/industrial products is a plus, but not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to build strong relationships with diverse clients.
  • Negotiation Prowess: Strong negotiation and closing skills to effectively secure deals and drive business growth.
  • Proactive Approach: Self-motivated with the ability to generate leads through various sales activities and networking.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for daily tasks and presentations.
  • Multilingual Talent: Proficiency in Malay, English, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse client base, including Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic approach to sales and business development, with a drive to succeed.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the packaging industry is beneficial but not required. Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends is essential.
