We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

- Sales & Marketing Executive (Machines and Scaffold products)
- Sales & Marketing Executive (Aluminum ladder products)
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth within your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients in industries such as construction, maintenance, warehousing, and retail.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
Client Management/ Support:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide professional and excellent customer service by addressing client queries, concerns, and providing product knowledge
- Visit potential and existing clients to present products, conduct demonstrations, and negotiate terms of sales.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the company's aluminum ladder / Machines and Scaffold products, including specifications, features, and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and sales pitches to prospective customers, showcasing how the products can meet their needs.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to generate leads and boost product visibility.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate sales records, including customer details, sales activity, and contract negotiations.
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet Key Performance Indicators.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Close sales and process orders while ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
What are we looking for:-
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business, Marketing, or any related field
- Preferably 2 to 3 years working experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive or in a similar sales role
- Preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to execute effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with aluminum products or related industries is a plus.
- Possess own transport with valid driver's license and willingness to travel in short notice if required.
