About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR administration for a team of around 65 employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and coordinate closely with management to fulfil manpower needs.
  • Handle payroll processing, claims, and employee records accurately and on time.
  • Support the General Manager in all HR-related operations and administrative tasks.
  • Oversee HR policies, procedures, and employee management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Develop and implement HR systems, initiatives, and training programs aligned with company goals.
  • Advise management and employees on HR-related issues and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
  • Stay updated with HR regulations and contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with HR processes.
  • Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with the initiative to work independently.
