Job Description
- Support daily HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, KPIs, and foreign worker management
- Maintain accurate employee records & update HR databases.
- Assist in drafting HR letters, reports, documents & SOPs
- Get involved in disciplinary processes, policy implementation, and performance management.
- Participate in culture-building, employee engagement & learning initiatives to build a WOW employee experience.
- Be part of planning and executing company events and wellness activities.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.
Requirements
- Currently in their final semester of Diploma/Degree in HR or related field. Genuinely interested in continuing full-time after the internship.
- Familiar with HR trends and active in Malaysia HR groups/forums (we love a curious mind).
- Proactive, responsible, and resourceful — you get things done.
- Able to demonstrate professional work ethic.
- Good time management & stress management.
- Willing to stand by all the time for ad hoc stuff.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to handle multiple HR tasks.
- Must be age 18 and above and Malaysian citizen.
- Minimum 4 months of internship.
- Must be final semester student, with interest in converting to a full time staff.
Allowance : RM per month
