We are looking for a passionate Retail Sales Associate (Interim PIC) to join our team. The incumbent will be based at our boutique in **AEON Mall, Shah Alam.**

- Proven experience in related field/_Pengalaman yang terbukti dalam bidang berkaitan_
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation/_Kemahiran memimpin dan orientasi perniagaan_
- Customer management skills/_Kemahiran pengurusan pelanggan_
- Strong organizational skills/_Kemahiran berorganisasi_
- Good in English and computer literate/_Boleh berbahasa Inggeris dengan baik dan boleh menggunakan komputer_
- Ability to take direction while working with mínimal supervision/_Keupayaan untuk bekerja dengan pengawasan yang minimum_
- **Able to work at least five (5) days a week, during weekend & Public Holidays/**_**Boleh bekerja sekurang-kurangnya lima (5) hari seminggu, hujung minggu & Cuti Umum**_

Responsibility/_Tugas_
- Provide leadership and guidance to retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service/_Memberi kepimpinan dan bimbingan kepada rakan jualan runcit untuk mencapai sasaran jualan dan memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang luar biasa_
- Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution/_Bertindak sebagai pusat hubungan untuk pertanyaan, aduan dan peningkatan pelanggan, memastikan penyelesaian tepat pada masanya dan berkesan_
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves, conducting inventory counts, and coordinating replenishment orders/_Mengurus inventori, termasuk menyimpan semula rak, menjalankan pengiraan inventori dan menyelaraskan pesanan penambahan semula_
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, including opening and closing cash registers and reconciling cash drawers/_Mengendalikan transaksi tunai dengan tepat dan selamat_
- Train and mentor new team members, providing ongoing support and feedback to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge/_Latih dan tunjuk ajar ahli pasukan baharu, menyediakan sokongan dan maklum balas berterusan untuk meningkatkan kemahiran jualan dan pengetahuan produk mereka_
- Follow standard of operating procedures and complete all tasks as assigned by the Retail Manager/_Mematuhi SOP dan menyiapkan semua tugasan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Retail Manager_
- Maintain cleanliness of the boutique and replenish merchandise as it is sold/_Mengekalkan kebersihan butik dan mengisi semula stok produk_
- Acknowledge customers and be attentive/_Melayan pelanggan dengan baik_
- Maintain proper display of products ensuring they comply with boutique’s image & quality standards/_Mengekalkan paparan produk dengan betul dan memastikan ia mematuhi imej dan standard kualiti butik_
