Property Managment Operation Executive

To assist the Operation Manager in supervising the day to day operation of the building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Management;
- To attend to tenants’ complaints and to answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully;
- To assist MO to supervise and maintain all mechanical and electrical installations including generator, life, fire fighting equipment, air-conditioning systems in the building in accordance with the requirements of the relevant authorities;
- To relief MO support staff on long leaves.
- To attend JMB/MC monthly meeting;
- To assist in drafting, reviews and preparation of minutes of meeting;
- To assist Operation Manager in preparation of AGM and EGM.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Real Estate / Property Management;
- More than a year working experience in Property Management for highrise buildings;
- Good knowledge and familiar with Strata Management Act and Strata Management Regulations;
- Good communication skills and able to handle JMC.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
