PROPERTY OPERATION MANAGER
We are looking for an energetic and innovative new team member to join us as Property Operation Manager to be based in Kuala Lumpur
JOB DESCRIPTION
PROPERTY OPERATIONS MANAGER
- Managing and supervising property managers and other staff.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Developing and implementing property budgets.
- Maintaining positive relationships with committee members, owners and residents.
- Conducting property inspections.
- Developing and implementing training programs.
- Capital improvement planning.
- To ensure all the ad – hoc and and contractual service providers and contractors perform their duty promptly and properly.
- Responsible for managing relationships with vendors and service providers, including contractors, maintenance staff, and other service providers.
- Responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks to properties.
- Responsible for reviewing and presenting monthly reports to the Top Management and/ or committee members. This includes financial report and Operational report.
- Organize Meeting – Committee Meeting, AGM, EGM and/ or any other meeting.
- Handling Legal Issues.
- Any other duties involved in the efficient management and Operations of the Properties and Common Facilities and Services as required by the Top Management.
- Good oral & written communication both in ENGLISH & Bahasa.
- Good communication and report writing skills.
- Knowledge in Strata Act is an advantage.
- Possess leadership skills, multitasking and good problem – solving skills.
Working hours :
Monday to Friday (9.00 am pm)
Saturday (9.00 am pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- property management: 3 years (Required)
Language:
- Bahasa Melayu & English (Required)
