- We are looking for a Regional Driver Acquisition & Activation Team Leader who will play a pivotal role in expanding our driver network and ensuring a steady supply of active drivers to meet the growing demand for our services in Southeast Asia & Oceania. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and shape the future of mobility in the region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating of a strategy for attracting, activating users (acquisition activation channels, toolbox, team)
- Management of drivers acquisition and activation team: team leaders and specialists
- Identifying the pains of users of the region, country, city through surveys
- Research of competitors in the region, country, city
- Creation and control of projects based on the results of research together with other departments and setting goals
- Budgeting for recruitment based on KPI
- Making of CustDev: field research with drivers
- Cross-functional interaction with marketing, digital, business development, hr, financial departments to develop existing processes and creating new ones

**Qualifications**:

- Team management experience of 5 years or more, strong team management skills
- Experience in sales or user acquisition
- Upper-intermediate English
- Willingness to travel
- Experience in managing projects (full cycle)
- Knowledge of marketing tools
- Analytical mindset
