If you are looking to grow in an enriching career filled with opportunities and potential, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as **Associate, Finance Operation(GEGM)**

**The roles**
- Responsible for maintaining and handling of day-to-day accounts and all accounting matters
- Ensure proper and accurate month-end closing within the deadline
- Preparation of monthly account reconciliations and ensure prompt clearance of outstanding items
- To carry out investigation on the variances between general ledger and subsidiary ledgers and liaise with respective business users for resolutions
- Involvement in updating Standard Operating Procedures within Finance
- Involvement in process improvement and transformation within Finance
- Any other function relevant to the job grade which may be assigned from time to time
- Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
- To assist in Third Party Outsourcing Review, evaluation of services provided and risk assessment.
- Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices

**The person**
- At least 1- 2year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
