**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO & SEM**: Optimize website content for SEO and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase visibility and improve search rankings.
- **Content Creation & Strategy**: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content (e.g., product descriptions, landing pages, blog posts, video content) to enhance the customer experience and promote product offerings.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms. Use data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- **E-commerce Platform Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.), ensuring smooth functionality and optimized user experience.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with followers to build brand awareness and drive traffic to the online store.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization**: Test and implement strategies to increase the conversion rate on product pages, checkout process, and landing pages to maximize sales.
- **Stay Updated with Trends**: Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the latest tools in digital marketing and e-commerce to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on e-commerce, and a strong understanding of various online marketing channels.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant marketing tools.
- **SEO/SEM Knowledge**: Strong understanding of SEO best practices, content marketing, and PPC advertising strategies.
- **Creative & Analytical Mindset**: Ability to create compelling campaigns while analyzing performance data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive messages that resonate with target audiences.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- **Collaboration Skills**: Work effectively with other teams such as design, sales, and customer support to ensure campaign success.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **E-commerce Platforms Expertise**: Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- **Design Skills**: Basic graphic design skills or experience working with design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- **Certification**: Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus.
