**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing’s activities
- To assist Business Development Department to plan and execute marketing activities
- To assist in monitoring and analysing performance of programs to ensure results are on track and if not, to identify the problems/issues and recommend solutions to rectify them
- Receive and review new enquiry, ensure customer specification is clearly defined.
- To do proper filling on all export sales related document.
- Support in market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- To support on global medical conferences virtual or physical exhibitions
- To manage all sales related activities on Shopee & Lazada and other e-commerce platform
- To assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media.
- Manage E-Commerce Website Inventory and delivery
- Manage E-Commerce Website Voucher and Campaign Set-up

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- **Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.**:

- Ability to communicate effectively with management and peers within the company as well as external vendors and customers
- Able to multi-task, work with minimum supervision and perform well under pressure to meet deadline
- Display a positive and agile attitude, friendly personality, ability to interact with various groups/levels of people, willing to learn for self-improvement and possess keen attention to details
- Customer service excellence experiences will be added advantage
- **At least 2 years of working experience in digital marketing field, with experience in e-commerce**:

- **Experience in using social media tools for content delivery.**

**IT Skills Requirements**:

- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, budgeting, and reporting.
- Intermediate - Advance Microsoft Excel skill will be an added advantage
- Microsoft Power Point and presentation skill set will be an added advantage
- In-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis and statistics
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytic tools

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
