SmileBay Dental Sdn Bhd is looking for a creative, hands-on freelance content marketing specialist to help bring our dental services to life through engaging videos, impactful social media content, and occasional event coverage.

You don’t need dental experience, we will guide you on our services. But you must be proactive, creative, and confident with content, especially short-form videos.

**Scope of Work**

**Content Creation & Video Production**
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikTok, behind-the-scenes, patient stories)
- Write compelling captions aligned with our professional yet warm brand voice
- Capture raw content in the clinic or at events

**Social Media Management**
- Manage and update Instagram, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu (XHS)
- Create and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Optimize content with basic SEO principles and relevantkeywords

**Event Support & Content Repurposing**
- Attend and capture content at internal events
- Repurpose event highlights into engaging posts or blog stories

**Who You Are**
- Experienced in social media content creation (especially video)
- Confident in shooting and editing using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Rush
- Able to write naturally in English (Chinese is a bonus)
- Proactive, self-driven, and organized
- Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and XiaoHongShu content trends

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads or Meta Ads
- Experience in healthcare or wellness industries
- Ability to write or speak Chinese
