**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. On-Camera Performance**:

- Present and host video content for social media, YouTube, websites, and other platforms.
- Deliver scripts naturally and confidently, ensuring content is engaging and relatable.
- Respond spontaneously during live or unscripted shoots, maintaining professionalism and audience connection.

**2. Content Development**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and plan video concepts.
- Write or co-develop scripts, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone and messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content ideas.

3. **Video Production**:

- Work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality audio and visuals.
- Participate in pre-production (e.g., rehearsals, wardrobe selection) and post-production reviews.
- Engage in promotional activities, such as recording teasers and behind-the-scenes footage.

**4. Audience Engagement**:

- Interact with viewers through live streams, Q&A sessions, and social media responses.
- Analyze audience feedback and adapt content to enhance engagement.

**5. Brand Representation**:

- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the company’s values and image.
- Ensure consistent on-screen professionalism and adherence to branding guidelines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong on-camera presence and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confidence, charisma, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Experience with public speaking, acting, or hosting is a plus.
- Creativity in presenting and storytelling.
- Ability to take direction and feedback effectively.
- Understanding of social media trends and platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Basic knowledge of video production processes is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in creating video content for digital platforms.
- Familiarity with video editing tools or willingness to learn basic editing.
- Background in marketing, media, or entertainment.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
