**Responsibilities**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
1) Diagnose and repair a wide range of laptop/Handphone hardware and software issues, including motherboard replacements, hard drive replacements, screen replacements, keyboard replacements, virus removal, and data backup and recovery.

2) Install and configure operating systems and software, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility.

3) Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients regarding repair status, expectations, and potential issues.

4) Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to laptops/Handphone, peripherals, and network connectivity, effectively identifying and rectifying the root cause of issues.

5) Maintain accurate records of repairs, including detailed descriptions of issues, troubleshooting steps taken, and resolutions implemented.

6) Manage inventory of parts, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper organization.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma or equivalent

1) At least 2 years of experience in laptop/Handphone repair and troubleshooting, demonstrating proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.

3) Experience with diagnostic tools and software, utilizing them effectively to identify and troubleshoot laptop problems.

4) Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

5) Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work, from repair procedures to record-keeping.

6) Exceptional customer service and communication skills, interacting with clients in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner.

7) Ability to work independently, managing assigned tasks and responsibilities effectively, while also collaborating seamlessly with team members.
