**Position Purpose**:
As the Retail Operations Executive, you manage the sales and operation function of the business. Reporting to Retail Operation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing market reports, implementing retail strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will lead and motivate the retail staffs across numerous counters within Malaysia.
**What we want you to do**:

- Retail Sales (Sell-out) and Net Sales (Sell-in)
- Developing sales strategies for retail stores, counters and other brick and mortar POS
- Effectively recruiting new marketable consumer and utilizing our CRM database
- Inventory management at trade, including MOH, stock discrepancies and expiration tracking
- Daily operational efficiencies
- Ensuring tester / GWP / amenities sufficiency at POS
- Working with stakeholders to build up planogram and display quantity for all POS
- VM and planogram execution and maintenance of overall look and feel of stores / counters
- Retail recruitment and on-boarding
- Training and field coaching of all Beauty Advisors / Fragrance Associates
- Defining Beauty Advisors / Fragrance Associates grooming guideline and handbook
- Beauty Advisors / Fragrance Associates career progression, KPI management and attendance tracking
- Ensuring compliance of all legal regulatory at POS (e.g. PDPA, importer label)
- Develop strong working relationship with retail partners management
- Execution of Retail Excellence projects in market and audit compliance
- Data sanity of Retail team
- Conducting on-site visit and check list to ensure compliance of POS

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of relevant retail experience
- Retail operations experience preferred.
- Experience leading a team
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable in fast paced environment
- Willing and ready to travel.
