**Pre Opening Location: Bistro Mytown Kuala Lumpur. (Pork Free, Serving Alcohol)**

You will focuses on assisting cooks and chefs in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment while also supporting food preparation tasks.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 years experience as Kitchen Helper.
- Experienced in a western kitchen role.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food safety protocols.
- A strong passion for cooking and a keen interest in developing culinary skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- Culinary qualifications or relevant training are an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

**Responsibility**
- Reports to the chefs
- To assist day-to-day preparation of mise en-place.
- To keep the working area clean and the cleanliness and hygienic practices in food preparation.
- To maintain and keep all equipment and the kitchen is always clean including, mopping, sweeping, throwing garbage.
- To assist in loading of foodstuff.
- To store and keep orderly the goods and to keep record of the items - stock control.
- To cooperate and work in a team towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvements of the quality management system.
- To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities.
- To undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
