**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a Kitchen Helper to assist our vegan kitchen team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of ingredients and basic cookingtasks under the guidance of the kitchen staff.
- **Dishwashing**: Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment according to sanitation guidelines.
- **Cleaning**: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- **Assistance**: Support the kitchen staff in various tasks as needed, such as restocking ingredients and supplies.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and notifying management when supplies are running low.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.

**Requirements**:

- **Previous Experience**: Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferredbut not required.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
- **Team Player**: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- **Sanitation Knowledge**: Familiarity with proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- **Positive Attitude**: Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or F&B role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
