**Payroll Posting Process Lead**:

**Job Title**: Payroll Posting Process Lead

**Key Responsibilities**:
Payroll:

- Review and understand the existing country payroll posting processes
- Review and understand the payroll local/fiscal requirement for each of the countries
- Carry out analysis of present payroll posting processes and identify opportunities to enhance processes.
- Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate process improvement project activities.
- Monitoring, measuring, and providing feedback on end-to-end payroll process performance, including payroll calendar compliance, posting cycle time etc.
- Documentation of payroll process and workflow, managing process change
- Involve in UAT and parallel testing for various payroll projects including implementation and optimization of Global Payroll Framework (GPF)

**Finance**:

- Review and understand the existing Finance payroll and compensation processes
- Review and understand the payroll local/fiscal rules and computation requirement for each of the countries
- Carry out Analysis of Finance related processes and identify opportunities to enhance processes
- Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate process improvement project activities
- Monitoring, measuring, and providing feedback on R2R process performance
- Involve in UAT and parallel testing for various payroll projects including implementation and optimization of Global Payroll Framework (GPF)
- Documentation of process and workflow, managing process change
- Improving the Compensation Analysis/Reporting

**Requirements/Competencies**:

- Payroll Process Knowledge
- Understand data flow through different payroll systems (GPF & Non-GPF)
- Understand the payroll processing calendar
- WT benefits knowledge
- QA/QC design and control
- ERP Posting expertise cross different ERPs
