Tokmer Global Sdn Bhd yang dahulunya dikenali sebagai Tokmer Enterprise adalah merupakan syarikat yang menjalankan perniagaan dalam bidang makanan dan minuman. Telah beroperasi sejak tahun 2022, Kini Tokmer mempunyai 3 cawangan restoran di sekitar melaka dan 1 center kitchen.
Tokmer kini membuka kekosongan jawatan untuk **ADMIN INVENTORY DI HQ PLAZA SEMABOK**
**Tanggungjawab Kerja**
- Memantau keluar masuk stok bahan mentah, bahan kering, packaging dan item F&B.
- Mengemaskini rekod inventori dalam sistem dengan tepat dan mengikut masa sebenar.
- Menjalankan stock count harian/mingguan/bulanan dan menyediakan laporan perbezaan stok (variance).
- Memastikan semua stok disimpan mengikut SOP F&B termasuk FIFO/FEFO.
- Mengurus item rosak, expired atau wastage.
- Berkomunikasi dengan purchasing, kitchen dan outlet untuk memastikan keperluan stok mencukupi.
- Melaksanakan tugasan ad hoc yang diberikan oleh ketua jabatan atau pihak pengurusan.
**Kelayakan**
- Minimum Diploma dalam Pengurusan, Logistik, Perniagaan atau bidang berkaitan.
- Pengalaman 1-3 tahun dalam inventori (pengalaman F&B adalah kelebihan).
- Kemahiran penggunaan Microsoft Excel & data entry yang baik.
- Teliti, sistematik dan mampu mengurus dokumen dengan teratur.
- Boleh bekerja dalam persekitaran pantas dan menyelesaikan masalah dengan cepat.
