Are you fluent in Mandarin and have a sharp eye for detail? Passionate about compliance, documentation, and operations? We’re looking for a Credit Operations Executive to join a rapidly growing digital financial services company that’s transforming how SMEs access working capital.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Perform daily credit operations tasks, including KYC/KYB checks and customer credit limit communications.
- Support credit approval workflows and onboarding documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with both internal teams and Mandarin-speaking clients to resolve issues.
- Keep accurate records updated across systems and support audit requests.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 1 year of experience in Credit Operations or a similar area.
- Fluent in Mandarin - both written and spoken (a must-have).
- Solid grasp of KYC, KYB, and credit-related processes.
- High attention to detail with excellent coordination and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
