**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing advice to clients on matters relating to mergers & acquisition, capital markets fund-raising either via equity of debt capital markets;
- Structuring and negotiation of deals; and thereafter deal management to ensure timely completion of the transaction including coordinating among other advisers such as legal, reporting accountants for the preparation of various documentations for either submission to regulatory authorities or to potential investors;
- Build and maintain relationships with clients at the appropriate level and seniority;
- Assist and support Head of Corporate Coverage & Advisory in achieving budget and in securing mandates;
- Be up to date with regulatory requirements i.e. SC, Bursa or BNM where relevant;
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books, execution of mandates;
- Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies/procedures and regulatory requirements, in particular with regard to KYC responsibilities and duties.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Corporate Finance
- Degree / Professional qualification in relevant fields
