(BANKING INDUSTRY)
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, use decision support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
- Interact with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner agreed upon procedures
- Maintain knowledge of client products and/or services
- Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned retailer through regular communication
- Manage retailer's sales strategy and set achievable target by understanding retailer's needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions

Requirement:

- Must have 6 months Banking Sales experience
- Must be good in Sales
- Must be excellent in English and Mandarin
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying retailer's issues and opportunities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 per month
