- Supervise the operation and maintenance of construction machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Manage machinery deployment, ensuring efficient use to meet project deadlines and requirements.
- Lead and train a team of machinery operators and technicians, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and performance reports.
- Prepare and present reports using **Word**, **PPT**, **Excel**, and **CAD** to ensure effective communication with management and other departments.
- Identify and resolve machinery-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring project continuity.

**Required Qualifications**:
- Solid experience managing construction machinery, with a strong understanding of machinery operations and maintenance.
- Proficiency in **Word**, **Excel**, **PPT**, and **CAD** for reporting and planning.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with project stakeholders.
- Responsible, proactive, able to work under pressure, and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
- Proficient in both written and spoken **Mandarin**, essential for communication with Chinese institutions and for operating equipment featuring Mandarin interfaces.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
