**Responsibilities**:
Handle and respond to customer requests, exceptions, inquiries about package pick-up, deliveries, promote and respond to question.

**Requirement**:

- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Enjoy communicating with customers via telephone.
- Passionate in providing outstanding customer experience.
- Able to multi-task by working with various system while communicating via headset.
- Able to adapt with fast pace working environment.

**Working Schedule**:

- Minimum 44 working hours per week excluding meal break (Paid Overtime available)
- Working days: Mon - Sat (Off on Sunday)
- Available to work on Public Holidays (Public Holiday OT rates available)
- Australia market working hours - Shift starts at 5 am / 6 am

**Others**:

- Minimum Education: Diploma
- Fresh graduates with no experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Those with secondary school education with at least 1 year experience are also eligible to apply.
- Able to articulate and speak well in English.
- Possess excellent communication, customer service, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Must have own transportation.
