Production Assembly Executive

[RN] Our client is one of the world's largest manufacturers of auditorium, cinema, education and sports spectator seating company.

**Position Overview**:
The Production Executive is a senior management role responsible for overseeing and coordinating the entire production process within a manufacturing or assembly environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and previous working experience in production assembly. The Production Executive collaborates closely with various departments to ensure efficient operations and achievement of production goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Planning: _

Develop and implement production strategies aligned with overall organizational goals and objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and enhance productivity.
- Team Leadership: _

Provide guidance and leadership to the production team, including managers, supervisors, and assembly workers. Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and innovation.
- Resource Allocation: _

Allocate resources effectively, including equipment, materials, and manpower, to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource utilization.
- Performance Monitoring_:
Monitor production performance, analyzing key metrics such as output, efficiency, and quality. Implement systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Cost Control: Control production costs and expenses within the allocated budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce wastage and enhance profitability.
- Quality Assurance: _

Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards. Implement robust quality management systems and address any non-conformities.
- Process Optimization:_

Continuously evaluate production processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation. Implement lean manufacturing principles and technological advancements to improve productivity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: _

Collaborate closely with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and efficient material flow throughout the production cycle.
- Compliance and Safety: _

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in production and workplace safety. Implement measures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: _

Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, progress against targets, and recommended actions for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Previous Production Assembly Experience: _

Extensive experience working in a production assembly environment, including a managerial or executive role.
- Leadership and Strategic Thinking: _

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams. Strategic mindset with the ability to align production activities with broader organizational goals.
- Technical Knowledge: _

In-depth understanding of production assembly processes, quality control methodologies, and manufacturing best practices. Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Analytical Abilities:_

Strong analytical skills to interpret production data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
