About Company:
Our client in the business of E-commerce Logistic Solutions Provider.

Job Responsibilities:
Part 1 Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs
- Oversee the smooth and efficient running of Credit Control functions within Finance Department
- Perform daily credit control tasks and ensure all accounting entries are posted accurately and timely
- Accuracy and timely processing of bank receipts
- Effectively and timely handing refund, issuance of letter, litigation cases and debtors issues
- Prepare account reconciliation when required to ensure the accuracy and resolve the discrepancy on time
- Meeting Debtor Turnover Days as set by The Company

Part 2 Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above
- Manage and oversee Credit Control function by managing proper debt collection and deposit
- Ensure timely collection from Licensee & Corporate Customer and follow up regularly on overdue account
- Ensure all bank receipts and documentation are done on a timely and accurate manner
- Perform the financial control on the outstanding amount to ensure proactive identification and resolution of risks of bad debt
- Ensure consistent and timely updates of ageing report and reconciliation report for receivables balances
- Ensure effectively handling of refund of deposit, issuance of reminder letter, check and verify of all outstanding statement for any litigation cases
- Liaise and follow up closely with appointed solicitors on litigation cases such as issuance of Notice of Demand, Writ, Summons, etc.
- Manage Licensee & Corporate Customer relationship and constructively resolving issues as raised by debtors
- Continuously monitor and review current credit control policy and procedures including system processes and where necessary make recommendation for improvement
- Provide effective supervision, including training, work allocation and problem resolution to Credit Control personnel
- Ensure proper maintain of record, documents and filling
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned when required

Job Requirements:

- At least Degree in Accountancy or Finance
- At least 5 years of relevant AR credit control / collection experience
- Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
- Able to supervise a team of at least 3 to 5 members

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
