We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Face-to-Face Marketing Representatives. In this role, you will directly engage with potential customers or supporters in public spaces, events, or designated locations to promote our products, services, or causes. Your goal is to build brand awareness, generate interest, and drive conversions through personal interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Approach and engage with the public in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present and promote products, services, or campaigns clearly and confidently.
- Educate potential customers or supporters about the brand and its offerings.
- Answer questions, handle objections, and provide accurate information.
- Meet daily for sign-ups.
- Represent the brand consistently and positively at all times.
- Attend team meetings, briefings, and training sessions as required.
- Assist with the setup and takedown of booths, banners, and marketing materials.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Have an Entrepreneurship Mindset.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or promotional roles is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in public speaking and approaching strangers.
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- Energetic, charismatic, and self-motivated.
- Passion for the brand, product, or cause being promoted.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or team-oriented environment.
