**Job Summary**:
The Protégé role is designed to provide structured mentorship and hands-on experience in quality assurance, compliance, and validation activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Support Quality Management System (QMS) Activities**_
- Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining QMS documentation, including Deviation Reports, Change Control Notices (CCN), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Participate in QMS Day activities, contributing to the identification of quality issues and process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with QA executives to monitor adherence to QMS processes and support closure of QMS actions.
- **Assist in Process Validation and Continuous Improvement**_
- Provide support during process validation (PV) activities, including preparation of documentation and tracking progress.
- Participate in problem-solving efforts related to manufacturing challenges.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements by collecting data, conducting root cause analysis, and documenting solutions.
- **Compliance and Documentation Support**_
- Help standardize documentation and tracks all implementation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Work with various teams (cross functional team) on product artwork revisions and track National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) approvals.
- Assist in maintaining records related to supplier management.
- **Learning and Development**_
- Actively engage in mentorship programs with senior staff to develop technical skills in quality assurance and operational efficiency.
- Complete assigned projects to gain practical experience and demonstrate competency in critical areas like regulatory compliance, batch review, and deviation handling.
- Attend relevant training sessions and industry updates to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends.

**Job Types**: Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3-5 months

Pay: RM700.00 per month
