We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Income Auditor / Credit to join our team at The Gardens A St Giles Signature Hotel & Residences. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily audits of revenue and credit transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Verify and reconcile guest folios, invoices, and billing statements.
- Monitor credit limits and outstanding balances, and communicate with guests and internal departments to resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare financial reports related to income and credit activities.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel systems and software related to income auditing and credit management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in income auditing, credit control, or a related financial role within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and procedures is an asset.
