**Job description**

1. Lead and own Zone’s lnnovation Forum and Innovation process.
2. Coordinate people and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
3. Be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organisation and timeline
4. Organise and lead Zone’s Innovation Forum, be the Zone’s expert in IGNITE/ IGNITE-lite approval requirements and process.
5. Consolidate and own the Zone’s Innovation Master Plan (IMP) and organise innovation ideation forums as required.
6. Manage and lead the process of approved NPD projects, from setting up of project team, project timeline and coordinating the project from kick-off to launch.
7. Work with markets, be the gatekeeper for innovation project kick-off briefs, from screening to submission and obtaining the final management approval.
8. Work with key stakeholders including Regional/ Local Marketing, Technical Services (R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Packaging Development), Finance, Legal, Business Analytics & Insights, Business Development & Strategy and Business Managers to support the Zone’s innovation pipeline development.
9. Be the main point of contact on matters related to the NPD project development, communicate relevant matters, requirements, tasks to be done to the respective functions and facilitate problem-solving to remove any obstacles that may get in the way of meeting the project timeline and delivery.
10. Monitor the project milestones, tasks from the respective functions to ensure the tasks are completed according to timeline.
11. Lead quarterly reporting to management on IMP and NPD performance tracking.
12. Continuously improve the existing innovation process.
13. Any other special assignments as assigned by the line manager.

**Job specification**

1. Degree holder in Business, Finance, Marketing or related fields from recognized universities.
2. Minimum 8-10 years project management experience in FMCG, with solid experience in innovation process management.
3. Experience working with supply chain and handling projects across multiple markets.
4. Knowledge/ technical background on Food & Beverage production process is an added advantage.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and has a problem-solving aptitude.
7. Well discipline, action oriented, self-motivated, work independently, innovative.

**Work arrangements**

Official working hour is Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. Employee can have the flexibility of working from home one day in a week.8. Good analytical and strategic thinking skill with CAN-DO attitude.
9. Team player, excellent inter-personal skills, enthusiastic and determined to succeed in a challenging environment.
10. Pursue innovation and change with a mindset of continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM14,000.00 - RM18,400.00 per month
