**Job descriptions**:

- This role requires the individual to have a passion for fintech or banking projects with good communication and overall business management skills.
- You are required to lead software projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation covering the entire software implementation cycle.
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
- To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
- Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Prepare statement of work, proposals, and quotations for new projects & enhancements to existing systems.
- Work with the support team to ensure that issues affecting the customers are resolved within the contracted SLA.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experienced with different roles in software delivery and has managed various categories of projects at planning, feasibility study, and end-to-end delivery.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translating to IT software needs with strong analytical mind.
- Attention to detail and meticulous in communication follow-up with all parties.
- Good leadership skills in motivating and managing project team.
- Exposure to software project management with at least 5 years of experience.
- Domain knowledge in financial services sector preferred specifically in;
- Omni-channel banking channels
- Cash Management
- Loan Origination & Management
- Digital Insurance and Insurance Products
- Fintech Projects
- Familiar with various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall etc)
- Confident in presenting and interacting in various business facing roles to different stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing project documentation. Must be responsible for all project documentation and reporting requirements.
- Have excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken interaction with all stakeholders.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mid Valley City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Six Sigma (preferred)
