Coordinator (Property) - Scout & Project Handler

Position: Coordinator, Property
Contract: 6 months
**Job Scope**:
- Identify potential new locations for business expansion (e.g. warehouses, retail shop lots, offices)
- Conduct site assessments on suitability, accessibility, cost, and compliance requirements
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate property rentals, purchases, and lease renewals
- Prepare and coordinate internal site approval proposals, including location analysis and financial justification
- Liaise with landlords, agents, and legal teams on tenancy agreements and contractual matters
- Ensure timely execution of lease documents and compliance with local authority regulations
- Track and manage lease records, including renewal timelines, handovers, and terminations
- Coordinate with contractors and project teams during site renovations, fit-outs, and readiness inspections
- Maintain an updated property master list, including floor plans, rental information, and cost tracking
- Support other property-related tasks, including repairs coordination and facilities handover
**Job Requirements**:
- Relevant experience is preferred, but open to fresh graduates
- Willing to learn and adapt to new processes
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Maps
- Willing to travel for site visits and relocation projects as required
- Able to work independently, manage multiple sites, and meet tight timelines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
