Bellstech Academy is seeking a motivated Sales & Admin Coordinator to support both the sales and administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a proactive, organized individual capable of managing administrative tasks, handling client inquiries, and overseeing the academy’s social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- ** Social Media Management: Oversee the academy's social media channels, creating content, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries.**:
- ** Client Interaction: Occasionally attend to client appointments, representing the academy professionally.**
Skills and Qualifications:
- ** Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.**:
- ** Social Media Skills: Experience managing social media accounts and engaging with online audiences.**:
- ** Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail in handling paperwork and scheduling.**:
- ** Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer service-oriented.**:
- ** Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
