- Responsible for formulating and revising department operating procedures and management systems, various processes and standards.
- Responsible for the department objective setup and manage, and evaluating the performance and ability of each position, employee training planning.
- Prepare production line capacity loading based on customer demand, forecast and production capability.
- Coordinate all production control activities for process transfers, WIP utilization and NPI engineering development
- Daily track and report performance plans versus actual.
- Coordinate activities and provide formal feedback of production, engineering and planning performance relates to output and OTD on time delivery.
- Conduct meeting with production, engineering and customer service concerning shipment schedule.
- Work closely with purchasing for plant Inventory control from raw material, semi-finished goods and finished good.
- Order review, responsible for order delivery management and delivery exception handling (delivery follow-up and delivery exception handling, etc.), F.C analysis & management, customer Reschedules confirmation review.
- Carry out inventory management based on risks to reduce inventory costs, capital occupation costs and delivery delay risks.
- Liaise with Customs and collect the latest customs information, policies and regulations, and organize team members to train and learn customs laws and regulations;
- Responsible for coordinating and responding to questions or inspections of the company from customs and other departments;
- Handle and resolve abnormal emergencies in daily customs work;
- Manage shipping daily operation work.
- **Job Requirement**:_
- At least **three (3) to five (5) years** of experience in Material Management or related field.
- Familiar with warehouse planning and setting, material storage management safety protection, and material entry and exit process control.
- **Familiar with LMW Regulations**:

- Have strong numerical concepts, strong planning and coordination capabilities, and department management experience.
- Familiar with commodity classification rules, document production, declaration and other process rules for import business.

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
