- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the broader digital marketing objectives. Determine the appropriate social media platforms for effectively reaching and engaging the target audience.
- Create engaging and compelling social media content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. Develop content calendars and collaborate with designers and other team members to produce high-quality, visually appealing content that aligns with the brand's voice and tone. Ensure content is optimized for search engines and tailored to the target audience.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers or brand advocates who can amplify the brand's reach and influence the target audience. Build relationships, negotiate partnerships, and track the performance of influencer campaigns.
- Manage the company's presence on various social media platforms, such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others. Regularly update social media profiles, optimize them for maximum visibility and engagement, and ensure consistency in branding across platforms. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, and engage with the audience. Leverage social media advertising to increase brand reach and engagement.
- Proactively engage with the audience, foster conversations, build relationships, and maintain a positive brand image on social media. Respond to comments, mentions, inquiries, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner. Monitor conversations related to the brand, build relationships, maintain a positive brand image on social media, address any potential issues or concerns, and encourage user-generated content and interactions.
- Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, Instagram Ads) to reach target audiences, drive traffic, and achieve specific digital marketing goals. Set campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, and track key performance metrics. Optimize campaigns based on performance data, adjust targeting and messaging as needed, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, customer feedback, industry trends, and relevant conversations. Use social listening tools to gather insights and identify opportunities for engagement, content creation, or addressing customer needs. Stay informed about audience sentiment and respond accordingly.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to social media marketing efforts. Utilize social media analytics tools to gather data on audience demographics, engagement rates, campaign effectiveness, website traffic, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics. Provide regular reports to management with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website visibility, organic search rankings, and overall web presence. Conduct keyword research, optimize website structure and content, track and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and integration between social media and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, digital marketing best practices, and emerging platforms. Explore new features, tools, and strategies within social media and digital marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness, reach new audiences, and drive innovation.
- Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu & English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proven track record of managing significant digital marketing budgets across multiple channels, optimizing allocation for maximum impact throughout the marketing funnel. Fresh graduate who is active and has an understanding of social media is encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva, to create basic marketing materials is a plus.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities.
- Good PR and excellent communication skills and ability to deliver high-quality work with speed.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
