2. Support Human Resources functions including recruitment, preparation of payroll-related documents (e.g. overtime claims, staff attendance, and leave records).

3. Manage general administrative tasks related to restaurant operations (licensing, utilities, vendor coordination, office supplies, etc.).

4. Assist the Restaurant Area Manager in preparing financial and administrative reports, as well as supporting operational matters.

5. Maintain proper filing, documentation, and compliance records to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

6. Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, government bodies, and suppliers when required.

7. Perform any other ad-hoc finance, HR, or administrative tasks assigned by management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
