Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

Assist for office management
Assist in office doc management
Establish documentation control
Oversee receipt of files
Organize & maintain documents
Reporting & documentation
Process requests for information
- TENDER APPLICATION SUPPORT

Assist in preparing, organizing, and submitting tender documents.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
- SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE

Act as a liaison between different departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate database of customer & prospect information
Process paperwork
Communicate with customers
Update sales figures
Issue invoice &credit notes
- COMPLIANCE

Check documentation compliance
Auditing organizational compliance
Resolve compliance issue
Up to date on regulatory changes

**Other Duties**:

- Provide support for ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
- Assist in event planning and execution as needed.
