To develop design and fit-out works guidelines for the retailers store with specific design standard, technical guidelines and provide solutions to encourage good designs for the mall and tenants and develop new rules as appropriate
- Responsible in review, recommend and approve all design matters of the interior fit-out works submitted by tenants to ensure that design layout and construction of tenants’ shop spaces are consistent with the desired image of the mall by complying with the Fit-Out guideline.
- Involve in design relating to the mall environment such as signage, ceiling as well layout and planning in asset enhancement activities, to propose creative design inputs for mall Fit-Out
- Coordinate with relevant consultant to establish mall technical guidelines, schedule of rates and coordinate the assessment of any variation from base building works of retailers
- Responsible for other scope of interior fit
- out and designs works such as pre-fit out, unit access, handover vacant possession, monitor fit-out progress, site inspection. To identify opportunities to improved process to gain consistency and accuracy in the development of the planning function.
- Coordinate all efforts in support of leasing program, provide technical support to the leasing team during the lease negotiation phase with retailers and to support on the space planning and establish design standard for building specification.
- To supervise, facilitate and coordinate the progress of the tenant’s interior fit-out works and is responsible as contact person between landlord and tenants on the interior fit
- out (Construction) and designs works
- To conduct induction meeting together with Operations Department (Security & Maintenance department) for tenants and contractors to ensure in house fit-out rules and safety standards are adhere to and to conduct final inspection on the completed fit-out works before allowing tenant open for business

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years working experience in interior design or fit-out department in retail or shopping mall
- Degree/diploma in Interior Design or Architecture or equivalent
- Proficient in design and visual aid software such as Autocad, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and able to deliver sketch drawings
- Good technical knowledge of requirements for interior design and fit out
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lead and share knowledge, learning to the team
