**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the supervision of all interior works, including labour force, quality control and coordination with clients and managements.
- Must be able to understand drawings & details, materials finishes, construction material requirements and high attention to detail
- Manage and review designs in coordination with technical standards and construction procedures.
- Should be able to perform setting-out plans as per approved drawings.
- Electrical Works - supplying and installing series of electrical components such as convenience outlets, lighting fixtures, as well as another electrical configuration.
- Plumbing and sanitary works, supply of water line, drain line, and vent line for wet points.
- Must have knowledge of Hotel & Conference Centre Fit Outs as well as Residential Buildings Fit Outs and Commercial and or Office Fit Outs.
- Planning of work & proper reporting by prepare daily and weekly progress report.
- Perform hands on interior fit-out coordination work with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Attend site meetings and liaison with client, consultant, and main contractor.
- Logging, monitoring and approval of latest drawing and specification releases (direct interface with Design team).
- Logging, monitoring and approval of all Shop drawing submittals and approvals (direct interface with Tenant Design team).
- Logging and monitoring, issue and follow up on all RFIs from / to Trade Contractors to completion.
- Issue, in consultation with Project Manager, any NCR's as necessary and monitor timely close out.
- Hold regular meetings to coordinate key design approvals and tasks in alignment with construction program and Trade Contract documentation.
- Direct interfacing with Trade Contractors site supervision to ensure timely delivery to meet program, and quality standards.
- Daily monitoring of site progress, quality and safety.
- Coordinate with all parties to ensure the perfect work flow during all phases of shop drawing, execution, installation and submittal.
- Able to assist to do BQ and costing.
- Responsible for site surveying & coordination and supervision of sub-contractors for the interior design, renovation and fitting out works.
- Liaise and coordinate with customers, external consultants, vendors / sub-contractors for project management to ensure quality project delivery.
- Consult with design and engineering personnel to define production and aesthetic standards for displays.
- Determine vendor participation based on supplier’s core competencies, ability to meet deadlines and cost parameters.
- Coordinate with in-house teams/departmental heads and colleagues officially, whenever required, with respect to any matters under your purview.
- Facilitate project planning workshops, team meetings and stakeholder updates/presentations.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- Willing to take up additional roles and responsibilities as and when required.
