**Job Purpose (Brief summary of the position, i.e. why the position exists)**

To assist production manager in oversee the production process, coordinates all activities, and ensure efficient resource management.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Describes the core areas in which the job must obtain results in order to achieve its job purpose)**
- Ensure smooth operation of factory activities such production planning, production execution and material transfer via SAP system.
- Be a part of IMS, GMP, HACCP and HALAL implementation as well as EHS related matters
- Guide, set-up and implement process improvement activities using tools such RCA, LEAN and 5S
- Leading analysis on production variance and maintain good reporting on material consumption and finish good production
- Support and facilitate new production development trial with support from process engineer and product development team
- Ensure company operations, production is complying to local and corporate EHS policy and required compliances with experience and exposure to local legal compliances

**Qualifications (Minimum Qualification Required For The Position)**
- Bachelor in any discipline / MBA is an added advantage.
- Excellent computer skills such PowerPoint and Excel.
- Well-versed in SAP system.

**Experience (Minimum Number Of Years And Type Of Experience Required For The Position)**
- Experience in batch and continuous powder processing.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in MNC / Large corporation.
- Hands on process inspection, new product development and troubleshooting
- Involved in IMS, GMP, HACCP and HALAL standard implementation
