Conduct comprehensive battery diagnostics, including voltage testing, terminal inspections, and evaluation of overall battery condition.
- Perform on-site installations, replacements, and minor repairs at customer locations — whether at home, workplace, or roadside situations.
- Respond promptly to customer service requests and ensure timely delivery of professional support.
- Utilize proper tools and diagnostic equipment to complete tasks safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
- Provide clear guidance to customers on battery maintenance and offer recommendations to improve battery performance and lifespan.
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records, documenting findings, performed work, and parts used for each job.
- Uphold company safety standards and ensure compliance with operational and industry best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in automotive battery technology through continuous learning and training.
- Present a professional image by maintaining proper grooming, attire, and customer-friendly behavior at all times.
- Support marketing and promotional efforts by distributing flyers or engaging with potential customers in targeted areas.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
