We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Operations Support Analyst** to join our **Affiliate Marketing** team. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, working closely with partner managers to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and partner engagements. You will collaborate with influencers, publishers, and internal stakeholders to help drive revenue growth through our affiliate network. Occasionally, you may also assist with key account management activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and track affiliate partners’ contractual obligations to ensure timely fulfillment of deliverables.
- Coordinate campaign logistics such as product seeding, contract administration, and disbursement of partner incentives.
- Create and manage campaign incentives using internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency in execution and reporting.
- Collaborate with designers to produce clear, compelling marketing materials for partner communications.
- Set up performance-based paid advertisements for select affiliate partners, following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support ongoing relationship management with affiliate partners to enhance performance and revenue outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, marketing, or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; comfortable with data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer coordination, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
