**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies to establish brand consistency and increase sales.
- Manage the execution of our social media content across different channels such as Facebook, Instagram, XHS and Tik Tok
- Plan social media content calendar (including content ideation, copywriting, planning visuals and scheduling posts)
- Assist in executing social advertising to promote content that will achieve set targets.
- Assist in tracking the success of our social media campaigns via reports, including the use of our tools and systems.
- Assist with generating insights and propose improvements in line with the company’s objectives.
- Stay abreast with the latest social media best practices and trends, from internal or external avenues.

**Qualification & Requirement**
- **A diploma or Bachelor's degree** in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of social media marketing concepts and best practices
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, images, and video)
- Personality: Strong communication skills, willing to explore new things, proactive and strong learner
