Roles & Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.- Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from posting to onboarding.-
- Researching, planning, and implementing new recruitment pipeline initiatives such as future leaders/ recruiters.- Support and drive recruitment related digital transformation and adaptation such as Website and career presentation app.- Supporting, involved in ideation and execution of all recruitment strategy and activities to achieve Recruitment and new agent activation goals.- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in insurance/ financial services industry.- Bachelor’s Degree in any studies.- Experienced in either Agency Training, Strategic Development, Agency Development or Strategic Business Planning is an added value.- Skilled in developing inorganic recruitment infrastructure.-
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to improve agency recruitment processes.- Strong project management skills and keen understanding of strategic development planning and execution.- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English.- Ability to work under pressure and management of timelines and production.
